Need help finding Mens wedding rings?
September 12th, 2011My boyfriend and I are both going to wear engagement rings. I need help finding one for him.?
May 28th, 2011We’re getting engaged, and we’ve picked out my engagement ring — we are being a little untraditional though because he wants to wear an engagement ring as well. So he’ll have 2 rings as well when we’re married. I think the idea is really romantic. But I need to figure out what kind of rings will look good together on a man. I can’t decide on flat, rounded, thin, thick … any suggestions?
FYI, for his engagement ring…I have decided on a celtic pattern for the outside because he is irish and the patterns are interwoven, symbolizing connectedness and eternity. Our wedding bands are going to be plain platinum.
Thanks everyone, I decided to get the rings from versani (versani.com) and I’m going to get them engraved.
Could I get some help finding men’s wedding bands?
February 24th, 2011Hey, I was hoping someone could hook me up to some websites that have unusual wedding rings. Not freakishly different, but not plain gold or platinum either. My boyfriend and I have been talking about getting married more, and more, and I think he’s planning on proposing come March ’09 or so and I want to be prepared. I’ve been saving up, and I know he likes the more blackish looking rings. Anyway, just do what you can! The person with the most (and/or best) links gets ten points! Whoo hoo! lol
Help with finding the right wedding ring?
November 26th, 2010I already have my engagement ring. It is a ring with the center stone set into it so I will need a curved band to accommodate it. I have found many with diamonds on them. I am however looking for some that are just white gold. I do not want any diamonds on my wedding band. Any suggestions of where to order one from? I am looking for a website with pictures. Thanks for the help!
I am shopping for a tungsten wedding ring with a platinum inlay, but I am only finding a couple styles.?
June 30th, 2010I am shopping for a tungsten wedding ring with a platinum inlay, but I am only finding a couple styles. Who are the major tungsten ring manufacturers? Most every jewelry store that I’ve gone to so far carries only Triton tungsten rings. I’m looking for a 7mm wide stepped band with a brushed white gold or platinum inlay. Any suggestions?
Finding the Perfect Unique Wedding Ring
December 26th, 2009Have you been shopping for unique wedding ring, you will soon come to find out that there are a lot of choices out there and it might start to turn out to be overwhelming. However, after you exhaust countless hours looking for the right perfect wedding ring, you will start noticing that they all kind off look the same?
The truth is that when you are looking for a modern wedding ring, you most likely start to notice that there is a clear similarity to rings that makes them in some way unappealing and rather boring. There is a very big similarity to the way that wedding rings are designed these days, and if you have found a design that you like, then this is no problem. On the other hand, if you wish for something a little bit different, you might discover that it is time for you to look into a more unique wedding ring that will suit you.
Most of the wedding rings are made out of yellow gold. There is nothing wrong with this and the shine is rather lovely, but you have to admit that they are a considerably ordinary thing. Why not look into white gold, as an alternative which looks more like silver with an extraordinarily shiny surface? The value of such a ring is very high and you may possibly discover that in many cases, silver will suit you even better than you might think. Take a moment to consider how you might like the look of a rose gold ring, which is usually just a mix of gold and copper. Also consider how platinum might suit your taste. The metal that you use can be quite important to the way that your ring looks.
Another point that you might choose to consider is the design of the band itself. Many bands are solid, but there is nothing that says yours has to be. For example, do you find that your wedding is a mystery or a puzzle that you get to solve over time with someone that you love very much? If so, why not pay for a puzzle ring, which can be taken apart and put back together endlessly? On the other hand, do you notice that the flowing movement of the waves on the shoreline to be lovely? If so, then why not consider an interlocked rolling wedding ring? This can be a lovely way to acquire the effect that you might be looking for, and if you aspire some further visual sparkle, consider having the interlocked rings made of assorted materials.
What about rings that are more elaborate in design than the straightforward band? One ring that has become well-liked in recent years thanks to its unique design is the claddagh. The claddagh features two hands holding a crowned heart. The claddagh is an ancient symbol of love and friendship and many people realize that it appeals to them. You may perhaps also decide that a ring that is worked with Celtic knotwork is the type of ring meant for you, or you might even love the concept of rings inscribed with something unique.
Remember that when it comes to your wedding, it should be your preference. There are so many people out there with there outlook on what you should do, but at the end of the day, your sole responsibility is to make yourself pleased. Consider what unique wedding rings will suit you and your big day.
